Dykhouse Construction completed a full remodel of an existing office space within a historic 1800s building. The renovation was carefully executed while keeping part of the space operational as an active office. High-end finishes were selected to complement and highlight the exposed original structure, preserving its historic charm. The design thoughtfully incorporates existing utilities and maximizes natural light from original windows. Additionally, the space was planned with future expansion in mind, allowing for seamless growth.
