Byron Township

Dykhouse Construction successfully completed a renovation of the Byron Center Township building, transforming both its exterior and interior. This project involved a full renovation of the existing structure and site, including the precast floor system. Key upgrades included enhancements to common areas, the addition of fire walls, and improvements to the front entrance, treasurer’s office, and administrative stations. Renovations also extended to the water, sewer, building department, and assessor stations. Additional work encompassed HVAC system upgrades, electrical and plumbing improvements, new flooring—including heated sidewalks—upgraded parking, ceiling installations, enhanced lighting fixtures, and updated signage. The project was designed to improve functionality, accessibility, and aesthetics throughout the township facility.
