Dykhouse Construction partnered with Masterpiece to deliver a state-of-the-art truck wash facility designed to improve efficiency, sustainability, and daily operations for their fleet of semi-trucks.
The facility was engineered with advanced water management systems to provide a high-quality, environmentally responsible cleaning process. A reverse osmosis (RO) water system produces the crystal-clear, spot-free rinse needed to achieve a superior finish while reducing the impact on resources. The water removed during the RO process is captured and reused as rinse water, creating a more sustainable closed-loop approach to water usage.
Beyond the wash system itself, the facility includes an innovative closed-loop snow melt system powered by the same boiler used to heat the wash water. This integrated design helps maintain safe and efficient operations throughout the year, even in challenging weather conditions.
Projects like this showcase the importance of thoughtful planning, specialized construction, and collaboration between the owner, design team, and contractor. Dykhouse Construction takes pride in building facilities that not only meet today’s operational needs but are designed for long-term performance and efficiency.
