Rhino Seed

Dykhouse Construction partnered with Rhino Seed on Phases 1 and 2 of their comprehensive office renovation, delivering a modernized and functional workspace that included upgrades to the front lobby, private offices, breakroom, and conference rooms.

In addition to the interior improvements, the project featured a total of 37,000‑sq.-ft. building addition, which encompassed site preparation, foundation work, structural steel framing, exterior envelope enhancements, roofing, MEP system installation, and high-end interior build-outs. Throughout the project, Dykhouse worked closely with Rhino Seed to ensure seamless integration of design intent, efficient construction sequencing, and attention to detail that resulted in a polished, professional environment ready to support the company’s growth and daily operations.
