This project involved a complete transformation of the existing facility through full interior demolition and redevelopment. The goal was to create a modern, functional space that improved both customer experience and day-to-day operations. The renovation included a new exterior front entry along with the construction of an open-concept showroom featuring a reception desk and vestibule. The updated layout also incorporated open office space, a dedicated employee breakroom, and upgraded warehouse functionality with a loading dock. The finished space created a seamless connection between the showroom, office, and warehouse areas while giving the building a clean, modern appearance tailored to MSI’s operational needs.
