DCI has been honored to be part of the design and construction of several health clubs, athletic facilities, and community centers across West Michigan. We’ve completed seven renovations and ground up builds for one nationally leading athletic club franchise over the last several years.

Offices continue to be another strong market for our construction team. Many referrals come from our real estate partners, who’ve trusted DCI to complete large office projects for their clients. Since the ways we work and use office space have changed, these projects have been instrumental in helping West Michigan businesses attract top talent.

DCI has completed new construction, additions and renovations for dozens of churches across Michigan. From raw and industrial type spaces to arched lam beam construction with intricate woodwork, we’ve helped plan, design and construct a wide range of religious facilities.

Med gases, additional plumbing, and extensive electrical needs make healthcare, dental, and veterinary construction unique. DCI has extensive knowledge in this industry and we’ve provided construction management services for many of our area providers.

We’ve provided tenant build-outs, renovations and white-box construction on a wide range of facilities. Projects include both single users referred from our real estate partners to build outs for repeat clients in retail centers originally built by DCI.
